This is just a friendly remInder of some of the RULES and REGULATIONS found in the COVENANTS and some enacted by the ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD (ARB). Those enacted by the ARB are based on comments/complaints made by residents of Crystal Pointe and from the ARB which set ground rules for the neighborhood before the residents took over the CPHOA. (That was from 1994 to January 2000).

A new tradition of plant sharing!

To help residents of Crystal Pointe landscape their yards, the Capital Improvement Board (CIB) organized a neighborhood Plant and Garden Swap held June 5, 2010 on Bent Oak Circle.

On March 27, CPHOA celebrated our 10th annual Easter Egg Hunt. Though the day was chilly, a bright sunny day soon warmed us up as did piping hot coffee. The event took place along the east end of our pond which looked lovely in the morning light.
