MOTIONS: Motions are presented in writing to the neighborhood on its published agenda PRIOR to business meetings. Any homeowner in good standing can present a motion to any Board member for inclusion on the agenda.
A standing motion is one which occurs regularly and need not be recorded separately each time it is passed.
Please Note - any motion, except friendly amendments and procedural motions, cannot be passed at any meeting if the motion is offered at that meeting. Every motion must first be published and given to all homeowners.
