Costs and Attorney's Fees

26. Costs and Attorney's Fees. In any proceeding arising because of failure of an Owner to make any payments required or to comply with any provision of this Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto as each may be amended from time to time, the Corporation shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection with such default or failure.
